End User License Agreement (EULA)

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee" or "Customer") and ItechPanel ("Licensor") for the use of the ItechPanel software extensions and modules ("Software").

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, ItechPanel grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software as follows:

Single Installation: You may install and use the Software on one (1) production Magento installation (Live Domain).
Development Installations: You may install the Software on an unlimited number of test, development, or staging environments associated with the specific production license.

            Important: A separate license must be purchased for each distinct Magento installation or domain name. Using one license across multiple production stores owned by different entities is prohibited.
        

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. ItechPanel retains all title, ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to the Software. You acknowledge that the Software contains proprietary trade secrets of ItechPanel.

You may modify the source code for your own internal customization needs.
You may NOT resell, redistribute, sub-license, rent, or lease the Software or any modified version of it.
You may NOT remove or alter any copyright notices, serial numbers, or license headers within the code.

3. License Validation

Our Software uses a remote license validation system to verify the authenticity of your purchase. You agree not to block, disable, or circumvent this validation mechanism. ItechPanel reserves the right to suspend licenses that are found to be pirated or used in violation of this Agreement.

4. Updates and Support

ItechPanel provides free updates and technical support for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

After one year, you may continue to use the version of the Software you have installed.
To receive further updates and support, you must purchase a license renewal or support extension.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ItechPanel be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if ItechPanel has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.
